Healthy Buffalo Cauliflower bites/ wings!

If you haven’t made these, do it!! They are so quick and easy, just my style!! Such a hit with the whole family too!!


Ingredients: 1 fresh Cauliflower head washed and broken into florets

2 teaspoons garlic powder

a pinch of salt

a pinch of pepper

1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar

1/4-1/2 cup Frank's RedHot hot sauce (depending how hot you want it)

Preheat oven to 440 degrees.

Line baking sheet with aluminum foil

Next combine all ingredients then pour on pan

Bake 15-30 minutes or until cauliflower is soft
